You get some product exposure, but learning opportunities are limited. 3. Poor Management and training, The three month training period lacks proper mentorship. You may be given critical tasks early and expected to handle high-pressure situations on your own. 4.Many people leave the company after about three years. It can be hard to transition to other careers. 5. The management only cares about money and salary increases are rare. Raises do not happen often.
