Lack of professionalism rampant. If you're a family-oriented woman, expect to feel uncomfortable daily. You will hear and see risky behavior and be aggressively shut-out if you show concern for yourself or others. They do not want you there. Take the job for the money, but never stop looking for another job. They intend to make your firing hidden in their high turnover. Sink or swim mentality and immature leadership. High quota, yet no training. Really, none.

4 weeks of paid time off. The people that I work with are great.

Cons

Too focused on profits and not quality. Very high turnover. Employees are not treated very well which explains the high turnover. Compensation is below average.
