Pros

Benefits are great Vacation time is better than most Good people work there Lots of potential Lots of overtime pay (if hourly)

Cons

Too much overtime expected on last minute requests Too many managers on the same level (no real chain of command) No base level improvement in long period of time Expectations of production increases with decrease in spending Negative attitudes spread like a cancer internally Monthly billing cycle that leaves the end of the month a panic Lots of internal threats and petty write-ups for everybody Employees on work-visa are taken advantage of No room for upward growth (unless you leave and come back) Raises are non-existent or don't even cover cost of inflation
