Pros
The job pays good money (not basic pay, but your overtime pay, you have to overtime a lot to get good money)
Cons
1) HAVE to overtime like you have no life. Management does not care how much you OT as long as you have results for them. No welfare, bad culture, and horrible management. 2) Everyday has thousands of samples and have to complete within the day, if you do not complete the samples, have to bring in the next day + the next day samples. It is a never ending cycle. 3) Horrible management. Since it is thousands of samples a day, they want fast results. Hence, fast paced work environment. They will not care how much you work, how little rest you had, just results. 4) Everyday stress need to finish the tests for all the samples. 5) Once you come in, you need to absorb thousands of tests and be fast or else, you are the black sheep in the lab. Overall, not worth it for the long run for your mental health.
