There was a good balance between teaching time and preparation. Good relationships and communication between teaching and management staff. A great amount of resources available to teaching staff. High student satisfaction levels

Cons

Lack of job security for the majority of teaching staff. High turnover naturally as a result of this. remuneration should be more generous

Cons

The school is disorganized; very little communication from management; employees stopped being scheduled with no prior notice and generally not the best place to work
