I worked in the Sydney city school in Australia. Lovely atmosphere, great staff and I had good relationships with my students. I really enjoyed it!

Cons

Sometimes you would get new students every week on Monday and this would be an inconvenience for the older students as sometimes the new students wouldn't understand the grammar/english task etc. so you'd have to explain again. It would be better to close enrolment every few weeks to maintain a stable class.
