      Pros

      If you’re prepared to do the hours you will get the work. Good colleagues not a bad salary for Sofia.

      Cons

      Lots unfortunately. You’re continually working spilt shifts. Meaning you could do 2 hours in a morning then you’re not required again till the afternoon so what to do with your time in between. Lots of cancellations, some planned, some last minute. You don’t get paid if the cancellation is more than 24 hours. Very high staff turnover. You’re also required to submit invoices for payment so you need a Bulgarian registered company.
