Large organisation; potential to make acquaintances. Some of their in-house training was fairly useful.

Cons

Although salary marginally higher than in other academies, the timetables are horrendous. Lots of travelling involved and 4h gaps between lessons pretty much the norm. Management trying to introduce pay-cuts just before the holidays - when people are travelling back home and cannot complain.
