Excellent training opportunities, nice atmosphere, good resources

Cons

Poor pay like all esl schools, no room to really improve your salary, poor facilities in terms of technology. Probably depends on the school though

They give a chance to everyone who has just completed their CELTA but have no experience yet and the work is straight forward

Cons

a LOT of off-site work, no pay for time spent getting from point A to point B, minimum wage, work is usually all afternoon...very time consuming
