Pros

There are plenty of opportunities for training, although you are expected to attend these sessions and don't get paid for them, the centres are generally nice places to work in, colleagues were generally very nice and helpful, students were great.

Cons

You don't have much say in your timetable, lots of time spent travelling between classes, you aren't paid for training, all of this on top of lesson planning, report writing etc. means that you are working a lot of hours that you aren't being paid for. You might end up leaving home at 8am and getting back at 10pm while only being paid for 4 hours of actual teaching.
