      Pros

      - Students were mostly polite - We used Cambridge books so the curriculum was easy to follow - Teachers got lots of support from management - Biweekly or weekly teacher training sessions

      Cons

      - The pay was very low (it was barely minimum wage) - Management was underqualified and showed favouritism in terms of which teachers got the better classes etc. - Classrooms were small and didn't allow for much movement so some activities couldn't be done - Some classrooms didn't have appropriate technology such as projectors & speakers etc. - Most teachers were unqualified
