Good company, but they expect a lot of extra work for little compensation.

Pros

There was a good team atmosphere and a lot of inhouse training provided.

Cons

The salary did not compensate the extra time dedicated to the job e.g. travel, preparation time, reports, training, marking etc. Although is quite standard for the industry.
