Management keep this facade of "IH brand is far superior to other schools" but really the school is a s**t show. Constant changes of classes. Not enough space in the staff room . The staffroom itself is HECTIC and a horrible place to be to try and prepare for class or take a break. The one printer for the enitrie school with 50 or so teachers having up to 15 students per class is a joke and constantly broken and beeping for attention. Meetings are held during your break on a Friday and are unpaid. There's a lot expected with little support and quite a bit if sass and attitude from those in management or supervisor positions. Really toxic behaviour and culture established considering they are delusional if they think they are professional or better than any other school.

- Micro managed - Small team where gossip and trash talking is common - Inexperienced management who gatekeep information - No training, but lots of unkind words for the tiniest mistake - Management does not promote team work - Unsafe practices - No coffee, tea or even water for employees (you can buy all these things for €2)
