-the "on-boarding" process lasted longer than it should've, meaning that in a whole month, I've had no contribution besides coming to the school and being sent home with the excuse "there's nothing much going around". (no, i was not paid for the "nothing much going around ":) ) - not everyone is as nice as I've stated before :) - you're asked to do plenty of research on basic subjects just to fill/ justify your time spent there, which is more than boring and a time-killer

Management and CEO who are out of touch. The CEO does not trust anyone which explains the 5 days in the office even though you have no meetings - you travel to the office, look at a screen for 8 hours and rinse and repeat for 5 days. All this for -30% below market rate salary. No work/life balance at all. Your only staff benefit is a microwave and a water filter. Nepotism is rampant. They take what they can get - hiring cheap labor and getting them to stay via sponsorships.
