1.Good Place to work 2. WFH, calm envirnment & No toxic culture 3. Very good senior (except one female) 4. Overall good company
Cons
1. No perks like other software companies, such as a male fuel allowance. 2. Discrimination in salary offers based on a student's university. 3. The worst individual is the global HR head (IK). 4. 2.0 The office space needs to be improved, with more laid-back vibes as it is organized more cooperatively. 5. Good place to work overall.

1. Fab. Work environment. 2. Subsidize Food. 3. Company-sponsored tours (annually), monthly outings (1-2), supportive team leads, and managers. 4. You can talk to GM and upper management without any hesitation. 5. Best workload balance. 6. Best in terms of OPD allowance, medical insurance, and other benefits.
Cons
1. In the process of building tech teams. 2. Limited Projects as of now but that is not an issue as the company has very big clients. 3. HR shows discrimination while offering a salary; based on your university. So don't sell yourself for less money, irrespective of your background. (especially for fresh grads.).
