      Pros

      good benefits if you are hired as permanent instead of contract. ok work environment. managers treat you pretty well. opportunities to move to different departments.

      Cons

      job gets repetitive after awhile. lots of changes to keep up with that aren`t always well communicated. while there are opportunites to move around to different departments, there aren`t many opportunities to move up.

      Pros

      Like other companies, the presence of flex days promotes healthy work life balance. The people at work make a world of difference.

      Cons

      Salary is supposedly slightly lower than competitors. This may contribute to some of the turnover as underwriters are lured by external opportunities.

      - great people to work with - surrounded by many knowledgable peers - the company pays for CIP courses - enough work to keep you busy all day

      Cons

      - hard to move up - if you work hard you get more work, not more recognition / compensation - raises are minimal
