-People working in my department is approachable and resourceful. - Toronto office is quite pleasant to work in. - Competitive salary for an entry level job

Cons

- Workload is just out of control. While the salary is based on a 35hrs per week schedule, most people end up putting in close to 50hrs per week.

good benefits if you are hired as permanent instead of contract. ok work environment. managers treat you pretty well. opportunities to move to different departments.

Cons

job gets repetitive after awhile. lots of changes to keep up with that aren`t always well communicated. while there are opportunites to move around to different departments, there aren`t many opportunities to move up.
