Very progressive, customer driven company. Great benefits. Strong set of company values and success factors for leaders, which set a very positive tone.

Cons

A large company, so networking is key.

Flexible hours, all overtime is paid (not the case everywhere), good benefits, relaxed working atmoshphere.

Cons

Intact is a big corporation, so there is some political maneuvering going on.
