      The people (great team spirit) Managers (fair, accessible) Interesting, challenging projects Nice perks esp. share purchase plan and alt. working arrangements (work from home, commute free days, etc)

      Under staffed in some areas Workload Stretched roles (could be a pro for those wanting to gain new skills)

We are moving to MASA, Angular at our UI layer as well as other leading technologies. We are also expanding our Data Lab shop to Toronto, paving the way with AI and machine learning that will not only improve our products for customers but our employee experience.
