Pros

Usually most companies don't get this, but it was the team I worked with that was my favourite thing about the company. Eventually starts paying for insurance courses you want to take.

Cons

Regardless of how much work you put in, seniority exponentially trumps results and work ethic. Miscommunication from managers about certain protocols and procedures.

If you are a technical person then there is very less room to grow Compensation is below market rate Development is only provided in insurance related courses

- Very Laid back atmosphere - Your coworkers really respect you - Easy to move up

Cons

- Sometimes , it is better to talk to the manager sooner than you think as some coworkers can be very noisy and troublesome.
