Good diversity and equality, good benefits

Cons

Bad management, bad higher ops. Disconnected from employees, no flexibility on remote work, favoritism is rampant, once you do a mistake they will never let you forget it. Little flexibility on personal projects. They like to say that they live their values but after working there for over 10+ years, I now know it's a facade.
