      Benefits and opportunity to grow. Education support. Opportunity for growth and to take advantage of lateral opportunities as well as promotions. Share plan and yearly bonus opportunities.

      Cons

      Intact is a leader in industry - if you don't like change, you won't like working here.

      Lots of Work and Not Enough Support = Unmanageable Workload

      - Pretty Good Benefits - Friendly Unit Claims managers - Decent Salary

      Cons

      - Too much work load - Upper management pressures the Unit Managers for more numbers and productivity, but then don't give us any solutions to make processes easier - HR is not accommodating for disabilities
