4yAt Intact, we encourage a culture of ongoing feedback – this is how we all learn and grow. We’re disappointed you didn’t feel heard when filling out our employee survey. With regards to pay, it can be complex as there are many things to consider when determining someone's salary. We take great effort to ensure our pay structure is well aligned with the market and that our total rewards package is competitive.
