Retirement Options, Group Benefits, Hybrid Home-Office Option

Cons

All places i’ve worked had extra week of vacation after 5 years, IFC until recently it was 7 years. Most places in the past had a bilingual premium until recently IFC had no compensation for this. They do now but my point is there always just catching up. Sad!

Good culture and environment. Massive growth within the company

Cons

Some managers make it very personal with you and when that happens might as well leave the company or get fired. Otherwise you’ll keep working the same position for next 5 years or get fired.
