- Very good collective insurance - Competent underwriters - Great, useful and easy to use information database

Cons

- Every single thing is scripted. - Calls have to be 10 minutes or less, if it's too long, you loose points. - You loose points everywhere, take a breath you loose point, - 46 calls a day, still not enough. - It is never enough. If you reached the peak once, you still have to do better. - They do not care about their employee's mental health and making conferences or offering telemedicine is just to buy peace. - Too many audits. - They push on the negative points and make you unable to see anything else. - They will stress and bully you until you leave.

1. Not much growth within the organization. 2. Lots of internal politics when it comes to promotions. 3. Not much diversity at the organization especially at the leadership level. 4. Below industry base pay and benefits.
