      Internal mobility is important to us, and we pride ourselves on trying to provide our staff with opportunities to progress. All our people have access to our internal job board, have dedicated support for internal mobility as part of our talent acquisition function, and all leaders within our business are encouraged to work with their teams to build clear development plans.       Colleagues are friendly. Office location was great.

      Cons

      Sub-par training. Very old, unreliable systems. Far too many worthless meetings, some of which lasted for hours. Office parking was reversed for senior managers only. Not flexible with hybrid working.
