RSA is a fantastic company to work for. The management genuinely looks after its staff, and the company culture is one of support, respect, and collaboration. There are numerous opportunities to learn, grow, and work on exciting projects that make a meaningful impact. The team spirit is strong, and people are always willing to help each other. Working as a Software Engineer at RSA was a great experience and a valuable step in my career. It's a place where you can develop your skills, be part of a great culture, and feel genuinely valued. Leaving felt like a lost opportunity to grow even further. I highly recommend RSA to anyone considering joining.

Honestly, very few. Like any growing company, there’s always room for improvement in communication and personal development pathways, but the intention and effort to improve are clearly there.
