      Pros

      Wages always correct and came on time Kendall (my manager) always responded quickly and helpfully to all my emails

      Cons

      Some other agencies do get-togethers for their contract employees, Insight Global didn't offer anything like this. To be honest, I didn't mind.

      Interview/Relocation exp through Insight Global

      Pros

      Insight Global worked with the client company (across the US) to get an interview and offer within a day and half, given I already had an offer I was accepting in my area. Not afraid of negotiating a good bump in rate for relocation comp. Very workable around circumstances. They arranged for a drug test at a location out of state while I was on the road so that it would be done in time to start.

      Cons

      Higher rate due to relocation takes time to re-coup compared to upfront relocation reimbursement or signing bonus. Long-term, the higher rate ends up better anyway.
