Work from home, pay, low work volume for majority of time.

Cons

Staff was cut in HALF after being assured that there wasn't going to be a head count reduction and only hours cut, unethical environment, management plays favorites, nobody (leads and agents) seems to have the same correct answer for the same question, no structure within the company.

You get to meet a ton of people around your age that can be really great friends in the long run.

Cons

Everything else. You are worked like a dog, treated like a child, and paid next to nothing. Seriously, the worst decision I ever made was working here. Several coworkers went to therapy after working here.

Recent college grads: do your homework! Look into this company and don’t make the same mistake I did by joining. Overworked, underpaid, and the highest turnover I’ve ever seen in a company. Also they’ll fire you on the spot if you try and be courteous and put in your two weeks, proving that they never cared about you at all to begin with. You’re just a number and if you don’t drink and party with management you’ll never be promoted.
