The leads are great, unfortunately they take a lot of crap from the san ramon management.

Cons

Low pay, No office moral Management is rude, no empathy or compassion. No people skills. No federal holiday pay No PTO Unorganized chaos Unreliable computer system and management have no desire to fix the ongoing issue! Health coverage is expensive

really flexible and understanding about scheduling and time off. super easy to become a supervisor, all you have to do is snitch on coworkers and kiss you know what. tons of people have gone from associate to supervisor within days of being in production or even before getting into production. of course, they then know absolutely nothing and are worthless when it comes to associates needing help. they offer benefits but don't pay enough for anyone to actually afford them

Cons

Training is virtually non existent. When problems arise the solution is ALWAYS "just work through it". Software issues have plagued the entire team the entire 7 months I've worked for them. Managers DO NOT CARE about system issues or issues with management. Managers are EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL and when brought up, the solution is ALWAYS "deal with it or quit". They are CONSTANTLY training because people are quitting constantly.
