Cons

constantly changing quotas and bonus structure, arbitrary promotions needed to even be eligible to earn commission. Very high turnover rates. Don't join unless you're ready to make nothing your whole first year.

Easy to get a job, horrible benefits and low pay

Easy interview process and management is very friendly. I like how we get weekly pay.

Cons

Horrible benefits, the cheapest health insurance option is about $200 a week, $800 a month. Yearly raise is $1 per hour, doesn't seem like that amount aligns with current living inflation.
