      Good people to work with NOT in leadership.

      Cons

      The good old boy network is alive and well within Datalink. If you want growth and career opportunity, don't come to Insight. Leadership is blind to talent but always open to promoting their long-time buddies. Seek employment elsewhere.

      The other employees were awesome to work with

      Cons

      Management is fighting with each other like it's Game of Thrones. They do not want you asking questions, and if you fail once, they have a board of people to cut every month. They will lie to you about being able to connect you with important people.

      Pros

      I guess you could say if you’re like able and you get lucky in sales you can make a decent commission. Not worth it though. I do have to say, it’s the most fun work atmosphere, besides the hours between 8-5. You’ll make some good friends, but again it’s not a career move.

      Cons

      They take advantage of naive college grads. You’re offered this incredible program only to find you’re a work horse and it’s either sink or swim. They really do not care about their employees unless you’re an established account manager. They also tell you none of your friends will make as much money as you, sorry but that’s far from true. I’ve double my IG salary in one year.
