      Pros

      Get to work with fun young people. Also once you work here you can literally succeed anywhere.

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Cultish environment. I would cry coming to work everyday for the last two months I was there.

      Pros

      I met some of my closest friends still to this day working there Austin has a cool office location - right downtown You can use your own credit card for expensing client lunches- good for credit

      Cons

      I can confirm that all previous HR violations and toxic work environment stories shared are actual in my brief readthrough. It goes beyond mental health and culture. The company lacks the technology and leadership to be a top(or fine or okay) workplace. I understand they want to change - I got a call asking if I would ever return. I feel that the executives and leadership are making significant $$ that distracts them from Insight Globals employee retention number, lack of technology, HR violations...etc

      Hit or miss but mostly miss

      Pros

      Not really much to add but I suppose if you were a lazy human you'd be pretty psyched. There is almost no checking in or clear indication that they care whether you do your job well or not. Most people on my team enjoy this perk. I'm personally not a huge fan.

      Cons

      - Terrible at effective consistent communication - As an employee (contracted out), you are just a number - Payroll system is buggy and not reliable - Requests for ANYTHING will get lost and ignored
