Literally the worst company

Pros

I honestly can't think of any except a 1 hour lunch break

Cons

The people are so weird here. They hire only recent graduates so they can shape them how they want. The pay is awful. Below minimum average. You only make money if you stay for 80 hours a week and kiss up to people. All micromanaged. Beware of their dress code. It's too serious and such a weird company. There is no diversity-

Use you, lie, and then replace you

Pros

No pros unless you are upper management who makes all of the money.

Cons

Similar to what others have said. Always was told I was a great employee and nothing but support until they blindsided me and forced me to resign a week before my 6 month raise. This company is a joke. They claim they care about you only to use you and then let you go whenever they feel like it. Numbers driven- they only care about numbers not the quality of anything. They’re manipulative and only Care about making money for themselves. It’s all about looks and they tell you what you can and can’t wear even if it’s professional. Everyone in the office talks badly about each other and upper management. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK WITH FAKE PEOPLE WHO PRETEND TO LOVE YOU. Negative environment. The run the company like a high school. People are selfish and don’t care about anything but their own success.

Pros

You learn how to be recruiter, which is not a fun job.

Cons

Where to start? I worked in the Pittsburgh office for a few months and let me just say it was the worst experience I've ever had..and my previous jobs were in food industry so that should tell you something right off the jump. They will tell you how great your salary is and you will get a raise in 6 months which sounds great! Trust me, ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! The workers are the most sneaky people I have ever met. From day one I was taught how to sneak around the rules. Its an office of 30 people aged 20-30...SO MUCH DRAMA! 4 people quit in a week my second month there...and I quickly found out why. There is drama stirred all day and It's beyond obvious that the guys are the favorites. They also don't bother to tell you this is NOT an 8-5 job...you are expected to be there at 7:30 3 days out of the week and BEFORE 7:30 the other two days for morning meetings at 7:30, but they won't tell you that until you start. You are forced to make a certain number of calls per day and have to hit a certain amount of numbers a day too. I can't even begin to go into detail about how awful the job was. If you're reading this and considering working for this twisted company I urge you to rethink..I read negative reviews before I accepted the position and thought nothing of it, but boy do I wish I would have listened. Do your self a favor and DO NOT work for Insight Global, I promise you will regret it.
