You're lied to from the moment you interview and most people either quit, get fired or never get promoted. Seriously, the turn over rate is higher than at a restaurant. When you first get hired you're making 60+ calls a day for at least six months. It's basically a call center. Recruiters do all the work and don't make commission. My sales manager would encourage me to treat my male clients like sugar daddies. As a woman, I did not feel safe working here. DO NOT WORK HERE

The recruiting managers and the professional services managers are a COMPLETE JOKE. They have ZERO experience running a team of design and Planning Professionals. Completely disorganized and unaware of the industries they represent. Car salesman have better acumen than these “managers”. Want office supplies, too bad. Want decent equipment to do your job effectively, too bad. This is a STAFFING company no more no less. No paid time off, no perks —- at all!!! Micromanaging to the 100%!!
