Absolutely horrible company, leadership and culture. They claim to be super culture based but the reality of it is everyone is super catty and stuck in their high school/sororities. Everyone talks about everyone behind their backs, including leadership. This company loves promoting how they are mostly woman-based, but I have never seen more of a group of women haters in my life. Absolutely insufferable to be around, every time I took off my headphones I heard some girl talking bad about another girls looks, race, etc. Everyone in the office will know about someone getting fired besides the person who is actually getting fired. You get paid nickels and dimes (less thank $30k with taxes) to work your butt off, and don't even make commission until after you're promoted with a certain amount of spread (usually 14 months into the role). No matter how hard you work it is never enough, they always want you to do something more. Hit your numbers? Why didn't you stay till 6pm and go above and beyond? Someone was always crying at their desk. A total pyramid scheme who takes advantage of young naïve college grads who appeal to the "fun office culture" when they go in for their in person interview. I watched 20 people quit/get fired in the short time I was there, everyone I started with was gone. I knew there was a problem after I left the company and everyone who still worked there started texting me "congrats". This company is a joke, you're better off going to a different recruiting company if that's what you want to do, I promise you anything is better than this pyramid scheme of a company. This is a filler job. Not a career.
