Pros

The opportunity they provide. It is a company that thrives on the ability to grow and provides its' employees with all the resources to be successful. You can move up quickly, make good money, and most importantly have fun while you work. I have had a great time working for the company. I've met a lot of great people along the way. Insight Global has provided me the opportunity to be successful in a very short period of time. All it takes is a little hard work and a positive attitude and anyone can be successful here!

Cons

Sometimes you have to work a little longer than the 40hr standard work week, but its not that bad. There are good days and bad day like every other job, but there is not really one thing that sticks out in my mind.

Pros

Good contracting company that is fair to its employees. I have been here for a while and they are always easy to get in touch with. The benefits are typical of a contracting company, but they are quick to make changes as things arise. My previous experience with a contracting company was pretty sour, but with Insight Global I am more open to contracting companies than I previously was.

Cons

The company contracted too can have some problems of course. Management is difficult to work with. This isn't so much a problem with Insight Global, but more so with the company that is paying them.

Pros

The staff are all young and right out of college. Everyone likes to have fun and everyone gets along with each other.

Cons

Pretty much everything. This includes: pay (low base + pennies for commission), hours (55+hrs/week), management's constant pressure/big brother tactics, shady business practices, treating contractors like garbage (and internal employees are glorified contractors), no work vs personal life distinction (you are expected to work and then hang out with the same people and it is frowned upon when you don't). Basically they sucker recent college grads into thinking they can make a lot of money but in reality they just use you for a couple months (incredibly high turnover ratio).
