The people here are like home away from home. Motivated and ethusiastic people who all have the same goals in mind and that is to suceed and dominate the industry! Endless rewards and leadsership opportunties are all around you.

Cons

It requires hard work. You have to want to be successful if you want to work here.

Pros

Insight Global is a great platform to start a career off in sales but it is certainly not a place to end your career and if you do, sanity has been lost along the way. They are very positiove in the office and in some ways it almost seems cult like. Way too many smiles, handshakes, yelling (The good kind) and dancing (They make you dance for various reasons). There is certainly money to be made once you get out of recruiting and there is no cap to the earnings you can make. Some make 300k not a joke. Promotions come quickly to those in the inner circle and I mean quick. You can be out of college 3 years and running an entire region with 40 employees falling under your lead (Not that you are in any way qualified to do so at that point).

Cons

It is a real run and gun kind of organization there, you sink or swim and there is just no middle ground. The cookie cutter bit has certainly found its way into that culture, high energy, generally good looking or passable (those who are not need not apply and you will be laughed at when you leave). When you manage to get in there you are literally forced with Jedi mind powers to do their bidding. You HAVE to go out with clients on an absurd amount of meetings and drinking events to ungodly hours when you have to be at work at a very early hour, you have to go out with the office constantlyyyyy and I mean that. You must conform to their type of sales and they don't take kindly to individualism. Yes you can make a ton of cash there but that is a select few in select territories. Some people fall a** backwards into accounts after others are promoted and in no way earned their positions or incomes. Some people break their back for the company and through bad luck or bad management never get to where they are required to be and they are shuffled out for new blood. I would never say don't work there as it is a great learning experience but take it for that and if your cream rises to the top, take it for all it is worth and be on your way. You will know in 6 months time where your star is heading to.
