The best reason to work at Insight Global is for sure the people that work here. I have been here for over four years now and have made many lasting friendships and they are the reason that I continue to love my job. The opportunities for professional and financial growth are incredible if you are willing to work hard and see the big picture.

Cons

The Staffing Industry can be fickle (to be kind). The hardest part about this job is that our product is the most unreliable product out there: people. Aside from that aspect, there aren't a whole lot of cons if you can take constructive feedback and are willing to work hard!

Insight Global is one of the fastest growing companies in the industry and, as an employee, you have the opportunity to be a part of something great. The upper management is extremely supportive and helpful to push you to achieve your goals and get to the next level. Also, the company promotes from within so you have the ability to get promoted in a short time frame into a higher level position. It has a great incentive package and your personal compensation has the ability to grow exponentially due to the amount of work you put into your position. The environment is very friendly and everyone in the office is there to foster your success. Overall, it is a great place to work that offers your countless opportunities.

Cons

Having great success does not come without hard work and that is the case when working here. Whatever you put into your job is what you are going to get out of it and you will be held accountable if you are not putting in the effort.
