Right out of a college I worked for 2 years at a company that I was extremely unhappy with. I continued working there because I thought it was my only option with the degree I had earned. Words cannot express how grateful I am that I came across Insight Global and have the opportunity to work for such an amazing company. The growth potential for all individuals that work here is unbelievable and I don't think that there are many other companies that allow their employees to reach the success that we are able to reach so quickly after starting. Now, nothing comes easy, so you need to enter into this position with a nearly unmatchable work ethic and drive to succeed. Every day you are pushing yourself past your comfort level and while it may sound intimidating, it's exactly how we grow and better ourselves.
