Everyone is motivated and encouraging - we all want each other to do well! Such an easy transition from school and a great way to start your career.

Cons

It is very fast-paced (which I love) but it takes some getting used to!

I love the go getter up beat environment of Insight Global! The place and people you work with have a lot to do with your attitude at work and I can honestly say walking in the door every day my mood automatically shifts to 100% positivity due to the setting and the people!!!

Cons

Working at Insight Global is not a walk in the park. It is HARD work, every day. But if you want to push yourself and grow as a person and employee this is definitely the place to do it. You will get as much support as you need and the best road map layed out for you to be successful. The success is honestly in your finger tips. If you do choose to work hard, all of your hard work is constantly going to be recognized within the entire company!!! Not only publically recognized but monetarily as well!

Insight Global provides a great opportunity for recent college graduates or for those looking to change career paths. Offering a competetive base salary and benefits IGI allows employees to enhance their career and become an asset to a fast growing company. The work environment is past-paced and very engaging but also has a great make up of energetic, fun employees. The training structure is second to none as everyone in the company started off in the same role as a recruiter. This allows new employees to learn the process everystep of the way through their superiors, whom are eager to see their subordinates succeed. Although this job is not for everyone, IGI does provide a fantastic opportunity to career driven individuals whom are determined to succeed at a young age.
