My skill set and career goals were carefully taken into account when being placed. My recruiter was courteous, informative and kept me updated throughout the process.

Cons

The benefits are not ideal but that is a nature of the contracting world. Obviously I would have preferred to be a permanent employee but I am confident in my chances of long term stability.

InsightGlobal takes care of their employees and makes sure that we are supported by the company and happy with our client. They compensate their employees appropriately.

Cons

I am not near an InsightGlobal office so I do not know upper management and have never met my supervisors in person.
