Career, not a job!

Pros

Great company, with tremendous opportunity. I have been at Insight Global for 6 months now and have had a great experience. Like others have mentioned, this isn't a career for everyone. You will be challenged by yourself, your peers, and the position itself. However, like anything worth having in life and/or success you must earn it. If you aren't career driven, self motivated, and positive this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a career (not a job) and willing to invest yourself, then there is great opportunity here. Every step of your development is preparing you for your next role. I work with a great group in Downtown Chicago and everyone geniunely gets along really well. Some of my colleagues are my great friends as well. Working at Insight Global you will learn a lot about yourself personally and professionally. As I mentioned, I have had a great experience thus far, and I am looking forward to my future here.

Some long and stressful days, but who doesn't have those!

Insight Global is not only a fun and lively environment, but it is also one of the best jobs you can work at because of how much you will learn and the vast opportunity for growth.

Cons

The job can be stressful because of how much work goes into the position, but it builds a strong work ethic that is above and beyond other companies

The company offers you an excellent environment to work in day in and day out! There is a tremendous workload, but the potential for income and incentive trips is amazing. I would recommend Insight Global for any college graduate that is looking for a long term career with a new up and coming company!
