Competitive work environment that entices everyone to work as hard as possible. This makes it extremely exciting to come to work each and every day. The people that work for Insight Global are highly motivated to push themselves to their personal limitations, while at the same time being incredibly down to earth and willing to lend a helping hand.

Cons

The fast paced work environment and the fact that you are expected to meet goals and expectations each and every day might not be for everyone.

The environment in the office is unlike anywhere else i've ever worked. The people are great to be around on a daily basis and everyone is very close. Your path to success is directly linked to your work ethic, in short if you work hard you'll see success.

Cons

This job isnt for the weak, you need strong determination and commitment to succeed in this role. If you dont have a strong work ethic than it wouldnt be the best job for you.

The environment that we work in is the best! You are surrounded by people who are driven and motivated! I feel blessed to even have the opportunity to work for this company. The potential to make ridiculous amounts of money is at your finger tips! I look forward to seeing how much this company grows within the next few years.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the long hours, but it teaches you time management! I have learned so much within these last few months. I have learned to multi task, and how to use my time very wisely!
