      Pros

      Focused on customer service to clients and consultants. Fast-tracked opportunity to get +100K salary for Internal employees. Goal-oriented atmosphere constantly challenges personal and professional performance milestones.

      Cons

      AM's have Expense Account but "front" receipt costs and mileage. Cost to maintain suit-and-tie daily dress code.

      A Very Satisfying Experience

      Pros

      The recruiters at Insight Global are very easy to work with and very supportive. The are constantly looking up new opportunities for me to get into. I would recommend them as a recruiter and already have!

      Cons

      There are not too many "Cons" which I can come up with. Only one I can think of is the amount of paperwork to start out. There were some documents which were too big to be sent in one e-mail and had to be broken down. If they can come up with instructions to specifically say, "Don't send the whole doc', just this last page," it would considerably streamline the process. Other than that there is not too many negative things I can say.
