Pros

I've found two great jobs in a row through IG. Each has given me exposure to yet another environment, new ideas, and new ways to approach and solve problems. It's a great way to encounter new personalities and make new connections. IG has been very professional in their dealings with me, and has delivered as promised/expected/implied. IG has kept their part of the bargain, but also gone above and beyond when I needed time off while the wife and I both battled the flu during Q1.

Cons

If the contracting life is for you, there are no cons - the paychecks arrive as promised, and the Company seems to be a plain and fair dealer.
