Pros
Right out of a college I worked for 2 years at a company that I was extremely unhappy with. I continued working there because I thought it was my only option with the degree I had earned. Words cannot express how grateful I am that I came across Insight Global and have the opportunity to work for such an amazing company. The growth potential for all individuals that work here is unbelievable and I don't think that there are many other companies that allow their employees to reach the success that we are able to reach so quickly after starting. Now, nothing comes easy, so you need to enter into this position with a nearly unmatchable work ethic and drive to succeed. Every day you are pushing yourself past your comfort level and while it may sound intimidating, it's exactly how we grow and better ourselves. As long as you keep in mind the benefits of overcoming various obstacles you may encounter, you will definitely be able to reach your full potential and have one of the most rewarding careers you could possibly imagine. The benefits to working here are amazing and the culture is one that you would be VERY hard pressed to find elsewhere. I could not possibly be happier than I am here.
Cons
Although I have not come across many negatives myself, before someone contemplates employment with Insight Global I would recommend that they assess their ability to work under stressful conditions and really being able to push yourself in high pressure situations.
