Awesome company to work for after college and for many years after! It is exciting to see the company grow and get better each year! If you want a fast paced, busy day with potential to earn ALOT of money this is a great place to work. 6 figure earnings within 2-3 years is VERY reasonable. Fridays off for high performing Senior Account Managers is a great reward as well!

Cons

Must be ready to work hard all day every day! A lot of talking on the phone and after work dinner commitments with clients once you are in Sales role.
