      Pros

      Great recruiting company to work with. They always keep you updated and do a follow up to make sure it is done. They do a complete background check that makes them unique for the hiring companies. They make sure that the qualified and professional are hired.

      I love this company. When I first joined I thought it was too good to be true but everything they promised me has come true.

      You have to work hard and be very internally motivated, I don't consider that a con :)

      Working in a positive and uplifting environment, where everyone works together in order to hit their goals professionally and personally. You are give all the tools to be successful and make as much as you want. The harder you work, the more you make. You essentially are in charge of your own career and success, all while having support from the company as a whole to get you where you want to be.

      Cons

      Truthfully, cannot think of any cons. Maybe keeping the original Insight Global culture while we grow.
