      Pros

      There is a lot of opportunity for career advancement. Benefits like expense account, car allowance, stock options and travel. Leadership opportunities and training. Option to work in different cities/office.

      Cons

      I love driving to my different accounts but it would be nice if when i was first promoted if i had options on which accounts i could manage.

      Working for Insight Global has been a tremendous opportunity. The energy of this company is through the roof, with incredible opportunities for advancement. I feel that all those responsible for my training are truly concerned with helping me achieve my goals.

      Insight Global employees are extremely hard workers. Someone can't step into this company and expect to be an all-star without putting in the work.

They are missing out on opportunity due to the sheer volume of business out there. It is easy for current employees to overwork themselves trying to maximize their own opportunity.
